Refund policy

This policy applies to interview packs bought on interviewpractice.co. It sits beside your statutory rights; it does not replace them.

The 14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw from it. During those 14 days we refund every interview you have not used.

Before you pay, you tick a box asking us to make your interviews available right away. That is why an interview you have already taken and had scored is not refundable, under article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code. Everything you have not used stays refundable for the full 14 days. The same sentence is repeated on the Stripe payment page and on your invoice.

What "used" means

An interview counts as used when it has been scored and a debrief exists for it. Starting a session and leaving it does not count.

If something did not work

If an interview failed, if no debrief arrived, or if the product did not do what this site says it does, we replace the interview or refund it. This applies whatever the 14 days say, because it is a conformity problem and not a change of mind.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Say how many interviews you have not used. We answer within 5 working days and refund to the original card within 14 days of accepting the request.

Disputes

If you are not happy with our answer you can contact the consumer mediator named in our legal notice. Mediation is free for you.
